Oh, I forgot about that part of your question also. 4 is not too thin considering that O-day is a week away. In fact, your endometrium can grow 1-2 mm just overnight around ovulation day. So to gain another 3- 4 mm in a week is very feasible. It's amazing how it " plumps " up right before ovulation. Babydust to you!
