Myo and pelvic organ damage

Hi all----Second posting.

I'd like to hear from women who have had myo's and ended up with a puncture

or damage to another organ during/after the surgery.

Was the damage easy to repair?

Do you think the surgeon made a mistake?

Does anyone out there know whether this kind of damage during is unforseen

or a result of an unskilled surgeon?
