Guest guest
Hi Folks, My gyn-oncologist scheduled me for surgery next Tuesday - the " mass " is too big to mess around with. My CA125 test came back about double 'normal', so that's not all that conclusive (in the 70's). Will have to wait until surgery when they remove the tumor and test it to see if it's malignant. I'll be in hospital a week, then another five weeks rest before I'm cleared to go back to work, if all goes well. The oncologist says he'll remove the tumor and associated ovary, plus my uterus, then only remove the second ovary if the tests show cancer (or borderline, just to be sure). Wish me luck... Guest guest
- Much, much good luck to you! No matter what happens, you're better off having answers than being in limbo. -Mindy > Hi Folks, > My gyn-oncologist scheduled me for surgery next Tuesday - the " mass " > is too big to mess around with.
