withdrawal bleed after estrogen?

Hi all - This question is for resected SU ladies. I randomly started

spotting on friday (31 days after my last AF, 22 days after septum

resection surgery, and 8 days after stopping Premarin). Light

spotting continued through yesterday. I didn't expect AF for a while,

since I figured that 2 weeks of estrogen would definitely delay my

normal cycle, plus this was way to light to be AF...

Searching through the archive I found a conversation from about a

year ago - about " withdrawal bleed " starting within 10 days of

stopping estrogen treatment. My doctor never really told me what to

expect - is this probably what I am experiencing? If anyone else

experienced this - do you remember how long it took for AF to start

after this spotting? My HSG is already scheduled for April 1st, and

I'm wondering if I'll have to reschedule unless I get my period soon.
