In general, Clomid increases the rate of twinning by a few percentage

points, from 4 to 8%.

That's not bad, and yes, your age and # of follicles has something to do

with this, too. Clomid in someone who does not have PCOS really tends not

to induce superovulation.

Injectables are another story, and the risk of twinning is much

higher--around 20%
