Yes he is on PLENTY of supplements as am I; He has Gleason 8 disease and

was diagnosed in '97 with bone mets throughout his skeleton. He has done

amazingly well with hormonal manipulation for 8 years, but now it would appear

there is a mutation of the cancer and it is not responding. Actually there are

no more drugs out there and the next step is likely chemo. Still he would be

interested in your friend's information. Sounds like he did not have a biopsy?

was likely BPH and not PCa??

Know what you mean, CJ - I'm on four illness lists and people in every list

The best thing for me was getting my diabetes diagnosis. I changed my waoy of

life and am healthier now than in my younger years. :-)

Does your husband take supplements? A friend stopped all supplements when his

PSA elevated and the next chceck of his PSA was back down. I don't think they

narrowed it to any particular supplement, but I'll ask if they have an idea of

which one may have been at fault if you wish?
