The fruit and nut plate was mostly apples with just a few grapes and

the apples were pretty sour, if you ask me. There was a little thing

of fruit dip (I think it was actually vanilla yogurt).

I guess I better stock up on cheese sticks and other things that I

can carry along. Is turkey jerky ok for diabetic to eat as a snack?
