Have a problem

My blood sugar has been dropping today. I really don't feel well. This

morning fasting was 184, one hour after breakfast was 223 (I think the

catsup caused the spike), 2 hours after breakfast was 177, then I felt

low at church and checked it was 165 (I ate a few walnuts to help),

before lunch was 138, and now 1 hour after lunch it's 129 (I feel

really shaky and kinda dizzy). The problem is I'm not hungry, I ate a

nice big lunch of a small salad, spinach and browned ground turkey.

Maybe a rice cake with crunchy peanut butter would make me feel better.

I think rice cakes are 7 carbs.
