Guest guest
Ginny I did contact state reps while we lived in VA, but we didn't seem to get help. I know of a little boy who lives in VA now, but is stuck as an inpatient in Cincinnatti because his private insurance ran out. I also have gone to DC and lobbied there when i had the time a few summers ago. Also writing editorials in the paper help bring awareness to the problem...Hope things change and everyone on SSI can get the healthcare they need so desperately...Hugs..GinnyKM86@... wrote:It is sad Ginny. My daughter received mcd while on ssi in FL and NC, but in VA she didn't qualify.
