I took Metformin/Glucophage for 3 years with occasional stomach upset. Then one

day it just hit me and I cannot tolerate it at all. I use my leftover ones as

laxatives. If I get constipated it will send me to the bathroom within a few

hours. If I continue to take it I would have to stay in the bathroom. Not

kidding and not good.

I have found that just eating smaller portions and exercise works best for me.

I tried low-carb and that also made my BS go up. The problem is it's hard for me

to eat small portions. Kat
