Guest guest
Well, I guess my body will just have to think it's starving. I want to gradually work on getting my blood sugar under control. I do best working for certain goals, do you think after a couple days of under 200 that under 175 would be reasonable? I'm afraid that if I go too fast my body won't ajust well to the new levels. I also want to get my exercise bike moved from the garage to the basement, so that I can actually use it. We have had some snow already, but here in Kansas we usually expect January to be colder and the garage is going to be way too cold.
