Guest guest
Right now I'm trying the 50 carbs, but I might need to go stricter. This morning for breakfast I have a large chicken breast (ok, the biggest one in the bag) and cooked it in the microwave in a little water. I also had 1 1/2 cups of lettuce with 1/2 cup of green beans and a little ranch dressing. Measuring isn't much fun, but if it helps then it's worth it.
