I would like to purchase the above book - is there a " best price " place I can

go? I don't care if it is used.

I already have Gretchen's book and it is very good.

I was doing great since diagnosis in November on 2 mg Amaryl - but the last

couple of days, my numbers are slowly going up for no reason - same diet, same

exercise (I don't see how I can eat less carbs or exercise more - I do an hour a

day broken up to after each meal). I eat less than 50 carbs a day.

I go back for another A1c in Feb. Doc said he may take me off meds since I was

doing so great but now I fear I will most likely be switched to something else

(he doesn't care for Amaryl which my first doc put me on) - I'm a little nervous

about which one he will put me on now. Anyway, got off subject - thought may

Dr. Bernstien's book would be good to read.
