Guest guest
Hi all: I have just started the Four Corners Diet, and because I take Lantus 32 u x 2, Novolog 10x4, and 1,000 Metformin, I knew I would have to watch my *BS* very carefully during the first few days, anyway. My fasting this morning was 127, I took 32 Lantus and 10 Novolog and at lunch my reading was 95, and so I didn't take any Novolog at noon time. I ate a big salad, with tuna, and two hours later my reading is 87. I have strips to test 4 x a day, but I wonder if I shouldn't test more frequently during the first week of this diet? How often would you suggest? I don't think I can get by with 10 x so think of a number between 4 and 10!! lol Thanks for any suggestions, Jo in MN
