If you've been eating more carbs and you're on insulin, I'd say it would be

a good idea to test more often to begin with if you can. Make sure you don't

use up your strips so you won't have any to test if you feel low.

I can't really recommend a definite number. I'll let the insulin experts

chime in on that one.
