If you think of " white stuff " as food to be avoided, this will go a long way in helping to get your BGs down. See if you are sleepy after a meal with grains in it. If so, or if you have blurry vision, this may indicate high blood sugar. Read everything you can, absorb what you can (it will be repeated) and take it one day at a time. I'm still learning every day and after 3 years with this, my health is better now than before diabetes. :-) I don't know anything about Tai Chi but it's advertized in my senior's newsletter, so I think it may not be too strenuous. in OH grammyDx2@... t2 dx 8/03 WOE.
