Based on your experiences and some online research, I think that I will just keep with my current regimen of metformin and actos. Thanks to the low carb way of eating and the medication my numbers are way down from what they were in July. And with today being New Year's, it's time to give up my resistance and get with the exercise! Happy New Year to all!
