Morning Rise - Re: New Here

Kathleen, not to discourage you, but I am one of the folks that have a

30 point rise no matter what I do. I have tried eating when I wake,

eating a bedtime snack, exercising right away, and so on. Nothing

works for me.

What I am getting at is that if you find something that you can't

change, don't let it discourage you. The best you can do is no more

than the best you can do.
