Guest guest
Kathleen, not to discourage you, but I am one of the folks that have a 30 point rise no matter what I do. I have tried eating when I wake, eating a bedtime snack, exercising right away, and so on. Nothing works for me. What I am getting at is that if you find something that you can't change, don't let it discourage you. The best you can do is no more than the best you can do. > > Kathleen, most diabetics have their highest readings in the morning, that > is why we are constantly trying different modalities to get our morning > readings down. > > Sometimes they work, sometimes they don't, sometimes they only work for a > while.
