I have a sneaking suspicion that it might mean driving the whole way to Topeka (nearly 3 hours each way). Yes, long distance doctoring does happen around here (one of my friends drives to Kansas City for dental work to be done, that's 4+ hours each way), but I really don't want to have to drive that far.
