I know from my work on the database that we have all suffered a great deal and yet somehow the resilience pokes through. In addition to the hardcopy, are you considering an online version ??? An online version is free and you only "print" and "ship" what are requested, Publishers and printers can then be bypassed. I have the list of all 250 or so members, Cindy has access to it as well just in case something happens to me, so if yahoo crumbles, we just find another place to put the addys. Back in the beginning when it was just JD and I doing this, we were actually paying a listserv a few hundred dollars a year to do what yahoo does. Then na found and she actually set us up on yahoo (I think it was called Onelist at the time?!), which blew us away because it was and still is completely free. I'm sure yahoo isn't the only company doing mailing lists nowadays free, so as long as someone has the members list, the Crew will never go belly up.
