Guest guest
Hi All, I have been prowling the web looking for information and found that November 14th (my birthday ironically) is World Diabetes Day. Here is the link: http://www.worlddiabetesday.org/ I found the WDD through the IDF (International Diabetes Federation) and didn't know whether any of you had found this link: http:// www.idf.org/home/ You may use the eAtlas of diabetes (This gives a lot of information on prevalence of the disease worldwide, but not really much of anything on treatment. Seems more about awareness.) on the IDF site for free and you can also join the IDF but, it looks a bit pricey despite the cost being listed in Euros. The IDF has a quarterly publication called the Diabetes Voice you can subscribe to for free and there is a download for a new publication called " Global Guidelines for Type 2 Diabetes " which is also free.
