Beans dairy eggs broccoli cauliflower cabbage turnips rutabaga radishes

You can probably find a more complete list in the " Andy Index " on

Moria's page at www.earthlink.net/~moriam .

My son eats eggs, beans, brocc, cauliflower, garlic...but he's still very low in

cysteine. Any ideas anyone?

Thanks,

Jill

Here is my list, which I copied off this site about a year ago

eggs, dairy products, bakery products containing whey, cabbage, bok

choy, cauliflower, broccoli, broccoflower, brussel sprouts, kale,

turnips, rutabagas, asparagus, onions, shallots, leeks, garlic, coffee.

This is quite typical of those with heavy metal toxicity.

Cysteine is regulated internally, if the regulation is messed up by

being toxic it is almost impossible to correct it with diet, but trying

does lead to a lot of improvement.
