Guest guest
My son eats eggs, beans, brocc, cauliflower, garlic...but he's still very low in cysteine. Any ideas anyone? Here is my list, which I copied off this site about a year ago eggs, dairy products, bakery products containing whey, cabbage, bok choy, cauliflower, broccoli, broccoflower, brussel sprouts, kale, turnips, rutabagas, asparagus, onions, shallots, leeks, garlic, coffee. This is quite typical of those with heavy metal toxicity. Cysteine is regulated internally, if the regulation is messed up by being toxic it is almost impossible to correct it with diet, but trying does lead to a lot of improvement. > Thanks, > Jill
