Guest guest Posted April 8, 2003 Report Share Posted April 8, 2003 Nourishing Traditions by Sally Fallon Really a interesting book, mainly about eating whole (real) foods and the importance of enzyme action in our foods (that's kinda microbiotic which is that you dont eat anything thats dead) I like this book because its more real, info you can use in real life and great recipes. ~~Lori lphibbs@... ..
