Guest guest
Hi In my case I do not know if I have " classic chronic fatigue " but I think I have candidiasis neither is officially diagnosed I would CRRAAVE sugar, chocolates, carbs eat till I hit the spot (a whole box of popsicles, chocolates by myself, etc) and crash/foul mood/depressed/totally tired/achy breaky in the evenings and sense of impeding doom that was gone when I went on the GFCF, no refined sugar diet (coz I was nursing child #2) and I felt so healthy, energetic like I was 18 again (I am 33) no more fogginess, mood swings, etc and eventually, I lost 40 lbs, and looked sexy and felt very efficient and great.. no more perpetual runny/itchy nose, sore throat, seasonal eczemas, suddenly realized, not sick ever, since the diet but when I eat processed sugar, I feel achy and tired and depress within the hour so is this " chronic fatigue " brought on by candidiasis/sugars/wheat- milk intolerance? not sure if this is the question you asked but I feel I may have passed on my candida to my son (and his heavy antibiotic use during my GBS+ childbirth and vaccination minutes after childbirth may contribute to his regressive autism (fully vaccinated child) I am curious to see what others answers may be Jzin Teng California
Guest guest
I too have not been diagnosed with anything, but very suspicious that something is going on. My legs hurt so badly last night I walked like I was crippled (I'm only 30). My husband wants me to go to the doctor, but I'm worried they'll just laugh at me when I say my legs hurt all the time and I have bad gas. I exercise daily, but it gets worse, not better. I eat healthily, but that hasn't helped either. I'm going to start taking away dairy and cutting back on sugar, see what that does, and expand it if necessary. I don't think I could get a doc to treat me for yeast, though I think I really need it. I do believe also that I passed something along to my son that predisposed him to autism. He had a couple ear infections/antibiotics, but was addicted to milk once we started that and became terribly anemic. His delays began after his MMR vaccine. I recently discovered that though he was vaccinated in 2000/2001, and though his doc assured me his shots had no thimerasol, all his vaccine lots were from before thimerasol was ordered out of the shots. Makes me ill. Thanks! > Hi > > In my case I do not know if I have " classic chronic fatigue " > but I think I have candidiasis > neither is officially diagnosed > I would CRRAAVE sugar, chocolates, carbs > eat till I hit the spot > (a whole box of popsicles, chocolates by myself, etc) > and crash/foul mood/depressed/totally tired/achy breaky > in the evenings > and sense of impeding doom > > that was gone > when I went on the GFCF, no refined sugar diet > (coz I was nursing child #2) > and I felt so healthy, energetic like I was 18 again > (I am 33) > no more fogginess, mood swings, etc > and eventually, I lost 40 lbs, and looked sexy and felt > very efficient and great.. > no more perpetual runny/itchy nose, sore throat, seasonal eczemas, > suddenly realized, not sick ever, since the diet > but when I eat processed sugar, I feel achy and tired and depress > within the hour > so is this " chronic fatigue " brought on by candidiasis/sugars/wheat- > milk intolerance? > > not sure if this is the question you asked > but I feel I may have passed on my candida to my son > (and his heavy antibiotic use during my GBS+ childbirth > and vaccination minutes after childbirth may contribute to his > regressive autism (fully vaccinated child) > > I am curious to see what others answers may be > > Jzin Teng > California
Guest guest
My husband has a fibromyalgia dx. His Organic Acid Test showed similar abnormalities to our 23 y.o. autistic son. Both had indication of yeast overgrowth, vitamin deficiencies, low seratonin and impaired detox system. We are fighting yeast with GSE and probiotics. They are taking many supplements. Both take Paxil and my husband takes Skelaxin as needed. > Hi, > > I would like to know if there are any other mothers of autistic > children who have chronic fatigue or FMS and what you have done to > remedy the symptoms? > > The best way to explain my symptoms is that if you've read Karyn > Seroussi's book, you'll have read my story. Chronic fatigue here. Enzymes, especially No-Fenol, have been very helpful. I still need to avoid certain foods [enzymes don't address all the food-related fatigue symptoms], but overall much better. Guest guest
Hi , I think there is HUGE connection with this. I think the thyroid and adrenal connection is key. I am making huge gains by addressing this. Get Peatfields book, and dr lowe's below. Check out the THYROID group and NATURALTHYOID HORMONE groups on . There are many women there with fibro. Many are self treating too. Doctors are NOT good at figuring this out, and give anti-depressants instead of thyroid. It is a HUGE SCANDAL. You will feel just as outraged that this is going on, as you do about vaccination. I was incapacitated with fibro after getting some fillings removed. I happened immediately, so was very easy to see. The mercury really messes with the thyroid. I was already taking Armour thyroid, but not enough. I have increased it, added T3 and adreanal support. I had the best day yesterday that I have had in the past year. I am sleeping better; I can think clearly, had energy all day...cleaned the house, cleaned the yard. Went to the store,...I had continuous energy all day. I haven't done any of those things in 9 months....I felt like myself. No pains all over my body...I could go on an on, it was like I was a different person. Before, I was napping every afternoon, not sleeping at night, every step on the floor was painful, you know how it is.... But I am taking almost 3 times the thyroid I was taking before, and you have to work up slowly. It is a miracle I think, but there is a lot to learn about it. I have had my son's thyroid tested to. He is hypo. He is beginning on thyroid, and doing so great. I don't know if the mercury messes up the thyroid first, or that because the thyroid doesn't work, you accumulate the mercury that otherwise would be excreted. I am sure this is all connected, and I am going to figure it all out. http://www.drlowe.com/ http://www.baronsdownpublishing.com/ http://www.drlam.com/A3R_brief_in_doc_format/adrenal_fatigue.cfm I have many more links saved and if you are interested I will try and send them along. nne [ ] OT: mothers with Chronic Fatigue or FMS? Hi, I would like to know if there are any other mothers of autistic children who have chronic fatigue or FMS and what you have done to remedy the symptoms? The best way to explain my symptoms is that if you've read Karyn Seroussi's book, you'll have read my story. My biggest complaints are morning stiffness, joint pain following any physical exertion, and constipation. I also have headaches, back pain, and fatigue. If anyone can share a similar story and how you've handled it, I would appreciate it. Please email me off-list if you'd like. Guest guest
It was only after reading other mothers' stories on here almost three years ago that I decided to try the enzymes for my fibromyalgia. I was very skeptical about the application of enzymes for fibro, but with pep and zyme consistently, I had at least 90% reduction in the soreness - to say 98% might even be appropriate. It helped my rheumatoid arthritis quite a bit, too, but I would still sometimes have a bad day with pain in hips and knees until I added fish oil for the omega-3 fatty acids. Actually, it's krill oil, but I believe any good quality omega three fish oil would be helpful. I had been to numerous specialists and none had recommended any of these applications, learned it all here! > Hi, > > I would like to know if there are any other mothers of autistic > children who have chronic fatigue or FMS and what you have done to > remedy the symptoms? > > The best way to explain my symptoms is that if you've read Karyn > Seroussi's book, you'll have read my story. Guest guest
Well add me to the list! I got diagnosis this week of CFS and I think it is mercury induced. I am getting amalgams removed now but we have had trouble with one of them. My doctor suspected thyroid problems and just tested for that but that test is not back...I told him I felt there were metals issues involved and remarkably, he was open to learning about that. Just thought I'd chime in. > Hi , > I think there is HUGE connection with this. I think the thyroid and adrenal > connection is key. I am making huge gains by addressing this. Guest guest
, you should get that leg looked at. You could have a blood clot and that is very dangerous. Don't put that off. Guest guest
I had been dx'd by a MD with fibro. This was within 6 months of receiving a Flu shot followed 3 months later with a Tetnus booster. I wont be having any more. Michele > > Hi , > > I think there is HUGE connection with this. I think the thyroid > and adrenal > > connection is key. I am making huge gains by addressing this. Guest guest
, Properly done colonics usually makes major improvement in such conditions, along with getting rid of mercury sources. There is an accumulation of plaque with toxic residues in the intestines, which causes leaky gut, toxicity, allergic reactions, etc. and which needs to be cleaned out and replaced by things that promote intestinal healing and probiotics. Properly done colonics do these things. For documentation of mercury's connection to CFS, FMS see www.home.earthlink.net/~berniew1/cfsfm.html Chelation using BioCleanse(IonCleanse) usually alleviates such conditions also. But the intestinal issues also need to be dealt with where relevant, which is usually the case. There is also a high incidence of parasites in such cases, and parasite cleanses such as from Health Food Store or Hulda (www..net) are also often useful.
