I don't understand why the oil was supposed to do anything. Could you explain?

Tofu has carbs. Not sure what you're calling " curry " but if it includes

rice, then that's lots of carbs, too. What are your bedtime and morning

fasting and after-exercise numbers without the oil?

Maybe I've missed some message that explains things. Sometimes my messages

seem to arrive backwards. Never COULD seem to fix it.

When I exercise first thing in the morning before eating anything, it

makes my BG go up, instead of down as exercise is supposed to do. Why

don't you experiment and see what happens when you exercise after

breakfast instead of before. (Wait for your food to digest, of course.)

Hi Sue...

That's what I missed, I think :). because in the morning I always

get up, drink a couple glass of water and exercise. Maybe i will

check it on Sunday (Because I work everday, 6 days a week)

I read about this oil some years ago, I think there are a lot on the

net. but my relative suggest me to take this oil along with a lot of

successfull stories on diabetes after take VCO.

No, i don't eat rice. my lunch at that time just vegetables curry

(no rice :) ) and a slice of fried tofu.

My numbers without this oil? and especially lately?...250 - over 300

(sigh....)

Seems like I really missed my number some years ago, when I took a

good care of my diabetes. My numbers on bedtime and fasting was 90 -

115, and after exercise usually down below 100, depend on what I eat

and my activity that day.

cheers,

Judith
