salivary glands

Both my husband and his sister have something similar to this. For them it

was a blocked saliva gland. My sister-in-law was told that it could be

operated on, but a possible side effect is nerve damage that would paralyze

parts of the face. She decided not to get it operated on. My husband rinses

every night with Listerine and this seems to keep his from flaring up. But

of course you should see a doctor, just to see what he/she says.

That might be a detox symptom.  Are you salting?  And, are you taking the companion supplements?~WOn Fri, Jul 17, 2009 at 3:53 PM, dog8abone <slinkytech@...> wrote:

Hello,

I'm new here and just started taking Iodoral two days ago. (12.5mg/day) This is my second day and I noticed that my salivary glands under my chin are a bit swollen and I'm salivating more. I've read on here that others have had that happen. Is this due to too much iodine? Should I start out with 1/2 a tablet? Some have said it passes, how long did it take?

I'm taking 500mg niacin, 200mg B1, 1000mg vit C, a B100, fish oil. I take sea

salt occassionally.

You might need more Vit. C and to do salt loading when you notice symptoms.~WOn Sat, Jul 18, 2009 at 4:08 PM, dog8abone <slinkytech@...> wrote:
