I am so glad to see an expert on diabetes call it a disease! I always feel I

should tiptoe around that word because some think it should be called a

'syndrome' or a 'combination of symptoms'. It's just irritating for some

reason...like when people say 'Oh she got fat and gave herself diabetes'...

And yes, it's vile!
