Guest guest
Despite our best efforts, sometimes BGs do go up. It's not a failure on our part; it's just the nature of diabetes, alas. Try to go with the flow, smile. Vicki Dr. Bernstiens Diabetes Solutions >I would like to purchase the above book - is there a " best price " place >I can go? Guest guest
Ted - the cheapest one I found was $15.00 used - if you happen to go there again and see one for $6.00, please send the link~! Thanks! Sandy Re: Dr. Bernstiens Diabetes Solutions I just checked at amazon.com where they list it as " new or used for $6.00 and up. Worth taking a look. Guest guest
I thought of that and will keep an eye out. Will drink some extra baking soda and water. I swear by this - haven't been sick in years keeping my body alkaline (well, aside from diabetes!!) I have also been a little down in the dumps so maybe that has something to do with it. I need spring and sunshine I think! Sandy Re: Dr. Bernstiens Diabetes Solutions Sandy, If your BG numbers are up the last couple days, you might watch to see if you are getting sick. Mine are up this week due to an UR virus. Mine went up BEFORE I knew I was sick. So, it might not be a D&E issue. Just a thought.
