Okay - so I guess I need to try those things in the grocery store I always

turned up my nose at and have no clue what they are - lol.

I HAVE tried the mashed " potato " cauliflower as well - very good - even my

husband liked it! I have no problems with cauliflower - just need to learn to

like some of these other things.

Try some " exotics " *smile* such as spinach, collards, chard, kohlrabi,

turnips, Brussel sprouts. The greens are all intensely colored and contain

a lot of good nutrients.
