As a retired teacher, you have my admiration and sympathy. Teaching is

a very hard job, and that is not nearly enough pay. It must be a

private school. Pay is pretty bad in public schools, but even worse in

private schools. Sue

Vicki,

It seems to me that there was a way to get a paperback edition free from

Bayer(?) by calling an

800 number some time ago. Was a while back, but does anybody here remember that

(though it may

have been on Dr. Rolla's list)? Of course it may not be available there anymore,

but if there WAS

a paperbac editin it seems it would have to be on sale somewhere.....

Y'know, I'd forgotten about that.

I think it was a special printing right before he came out with the

revised book.

So I guess there may be some paperback versions floating around out

there. Of course the newer edition is more up to date on insulins, etc.

But the basic stuff still applies.
