Guest guest
My son has an underlying issue with yeast which crops up periodically. I need to get it under control prior to starting chelation. I know grapefruit seed extract is effective but refused to take the liquid version. I have bought the kirkman 125mg capsules to try - it says adult dose is 1-4 per day - what is the recommended dose for a 40lb child. Should I start with 1 per day? Should they be taken with food? And is the capsule form effective? Do you only use GSE when you have a definite yeast issue or is there a maintenance dose? Is there a different supplement for maintenance eg oil of oragano or olive leaf extract? We do take probiotics daily! Many thanks Tina in UK
