Guest guest
Dear all, I chelate using ALA from Twin Lab initially, and changed to a brand called Best (much much cheaper) ordered from www.iherbs.com. Does brand matter? I got much floaters in my eyes and feel weak after changing the brand. I wonder are they related to the change. Thanks, Chan. Guest guest
That is not true. Dagmar. Sometimes it does, especially if the brand contains additives and fillers. I use Natural Factors brand because it contains just ALA.
Guest guest
There doesn't seem to be muc difference between brands, though you'll want to choose one with as few extra ingredients and fillers as possible. I prefer brands that have a small capsule size (25 - 50 mg) to make dividing doses easier. The Kirkman hypoallergenic one seems okay also, and comes in lower doses. Dana
