Even though I have a hard time writing (I only have access from work, so sometimes I fall behind) I do try to read as much as possible…and I enjoy your messages to everyone a great deal. Hope we hear from you soon and that all is well! Hello Alyson, This is Graybeard and I got an e-mail from Faye yesterday. She got through the weekend, but I think the can kicked her. She was in a great deal of pain, and I know that she has a couple of things that I advised to ask the group. I imagine once she gets the pain level down she will be back posting. Hope Faye doesn’t mind that I updated everyone, but I know that she was hurting pretty bad. I guess I will update everyone about my situation too. I saw my primary doctor and he gave me the referral to the pain management doctor that I have been trying to get into. Still no pain meds, but I feel like I bought a lot of time to keep fighting. I hope everyone is have a little better day today. I am going to make all of you mad by letting you know that we are going to be in the 50s all week long, so that makes the arm easier to deal with. Sorry to all of you that are still getting cold and snow. Normally we would be getting snow and cold too, but California seems to be getting all of the bad weather, and we are getting all of the good weather. It will not be pretty this fire season, as Washington, Idaho and Montana have only gotten about 28% of the normal snow pack. Lord, I wish I could still fight forest fires. I am SOOO glad you got a referral to the Dr. you've been wanting to see. I hope and pray they get you in quickly. I'll also pray for NO forest fires.. so you aren't missing being there and fighting them. In a way, I'm a little glad. That's a pretty dangerous profession and would hate to have something happen to you while fighting fires.. Call me a little selfish.. OK, call me a lot selfish!
