9 times out of 10, the doctor has no clue regarding the insurance. Besides,

just because one person has Humana, that doesn't mean they have the same plan.

Our company offers a variey of plans under one PPO. We offer 4 plans where I

work, but they are all with the same insurance company, just different premiums

and different co-pays, etc. Sneaky just works, so you can get around the nasty

confrontations that always take place with regard to vacs.

be to say that you always get them done at the local health dept

because that's where your sister-in-law works and the kids are used

to their aunt being there. The insurance thing might not work if

they have other kids in their practice with the same insurance

carrier/policy that they know DO get coverage for vaxes (ex. if the

parent works for a popular employer in the area then there'll be lots

of families in that area with the same policy).

That's great that you found a supportive doctor. Personally I don't care for

doctors at all. Here in Peoria IL, you won't find a doctor who will abide and

support your decision to not vaccinate. It is a very conservative medical

community, and I don't know one parent that has found a doctor who will support

their anti-vaccine view. Plus, my insurance dictates what doctors I can see,

and that leaves me a choice of about 6, because the company I work for is based

in Chicago, where the choice is plentiful. We are considered somewhat out of

network, and none of the doctors on the list will support my view or any other

parents view. I can't afford to just take my kids to any old doctor and pay for

it out of my pocket. If you can, great for you!

As far as being dishonest goes, how many people out there hand the school a

" religious " exemption, yet their decision to not vaccinate has nothing to do

with religion? A whole bunch.

In Pittsburgh we found a doctor that does not force vaccines down our

throat and we make sure every family with a child with autism uses

that doctor. We speak as a collective group. Take your children and

money somewhere else.

Yes, but it is a double edge sword. There have been people on this list that

have been 100% honest with their doctors, and CPS, comes knocking on their door

anyway, because the parent told the doctor about plans to chelate, supplement,

and not vaccinate, etc. Pretty much the safest bet, is to just be healthy and

avoid doctors at all costs....just my 2 cents.

I no longer think of a " conservative medical community " . Instead, I

think of head-in-the-sand individuals who are willing to induce

neurologic injury for profit and then profit for years thereafter by

charging for symptoms-evalutions and for prescriptions for masking

symptoms induced as a result of iatrogenic neurologic injuries. On

behalf of pharmcos and their primary stockholders (ie, primary financial

beneficiaries), there is a totally corrupt system supported by laws and

most media. The CDC, FDA, AMA, and AAP's biggest wigs are collusional

co-conspirators in this ongoing tragedy. The semantic equivalent of

" conservative medical community " is " evil medical community " . Of course,

not all physicians are part of the iatrogenic evil, but too many are

willing to bury their heads in the sand, to look the other way, to bow

obediently when the CDC says, Bend thy knee, the king hath spoken.
