Subject: Re: Repost of Oral Medication Question

Hi Sue! Yes I have lost about 65 pounds since March when I was

diagnosed. I haven't done anything special except cut out a lot of

sugar and carbs. I haven't tried to lose the weight, it has just

disappeared. It is because of this that I believe the weight was a

manifestation of the diabetes, not the other way around. So I have

really benefitted from being diagnosed healthwise. If it could only

fix my degenerative disk disease and stenosis, I would be right as rain!

My experience also Cindy after a lifetime of yo-yo dieting the weight just

melted away without my thinking about it. I am only on 500 Metformin twice

daily, but I give credit to the L.C. way of eating not the Metformin. I have

never been on a " plateau " this long either - dieting, I would have started to

gain by now!
