Incidentally, to all – the way I

found my good doctor was on http://www.americastopdoctors.com.

I went with the free search, which is somewhat limited but worked for me as I’m

near a major metropolitan area (NYC) – but they also have a more

extensive list that you can buy, of top docs in the country, in many

disciplines.

Just an FYI for anyone still searching for

a decent doc. No guarantees they’ll be good people per se, but at least they’re recognized

for being excellent in their field.
