Guest guest
Creo Preps Tech Note 174 Do you have a Macintosh ? This is want i found System Crash with a Bus Error, Error Type 10, or System Lockup When Preps is Launched; USBMicroGuard Driver Conflict Product: Preps Versions: 3.7 OS: Macintosh® Problem Summary: There have been some instances in which, when you launch Preps 3.7 with a USB hardware key, the system crashes with a bus error, error type 10, or complete system lockup. Problem Details: ScenicSoft’s testing was unable to replicate this problem, which has been reported by some users. Apparently, certain versions of the USBMicroGuardDriver system extension conflict with the USBSentinel system extension required for Preps 3.7 with a USB dongle. When both extensions are active and Preps is launched, the system may crash. Solution Summary: If you encounter this problem, disable the USBMicroGuardDriver system extension in the Extensions Manager control panel, or manually remove the extension from the "Extensions" folder in the System folder, and restart your Macintosh®. Preps then launches without crashing the system. Updated: 10/3/2001 -- Re: Digest Number 2528 Computer CrisisHi Every one,Do any of you Know any thing about Aol Instant Messenger (sm.)?
