As you all know, the Hospital Attorney wants to meet with me including the Hospital Administrator and some other high level people from the facility. I can tell you now, that this is not only for me, but for all of us, as I hope I have sent this to many other people and other groups. If anything happens to me, you will know why. Just pray for me on the 29th at 10: a.m. for this top level meeting, I hope we can accomplish something and maybe the start of something positive for everyone. Guest guest Posted December 27, 2004 Report Share Posted December 27, 2004 Jan, I would not be afraid about your letter, because I am sure that you are not the first and will not be the last to write to the paper about Health Care. So please do not worry! If there intent is to pull more nonsense with your care, that will just give the newspaper more amunition against them and I am sure they do not want that. They are going to want to give you anything that is with in reason, so that you go away quietly and cause them no problems in the future. I hope that you can make some progress for all of us suffering with RSD! It is important that this disease is accepted and understood by the medical community. Guest guest Posted December 28, 2004 Report Share Posted December 28, 2004 Jan, I hope that you have a Lawyer to go to the meeting with you. You really shouldn't go to that meeting by yourself. Also, make sure that you take a Tape Recorder with you so that you have something to back up what they say.. ..otherwise, they can say something and then say that they didn't say it. You'll need to make sure that you have proof of everything that they say! Good luck!
