DEAR GRP.

THE NITE WAS PRETTY BAD. KEPT HURTING HERE AND THERE PAIN MED ISN'T WORKING. VICODEN. MAYBE CUZ I'M USED TO SUCH HIGH AMTS OF NARCS. ? WHY DOESN'T MY PATC WORK FOR THIS SURGICAL PAIN. IT BURNS SO BAD.

GOT A DECENT SHOWER LAST NITE AND WORKERS ARE COMMING EVERT DAY FOR ABOUT 2 WEEKS. THANKS FOR THE KIND WORDS AND I'M OFF TO BED. LUV LAURIE

Laurie... I am surprised they only gave you vicodin for the pain from surgery...I had wrist surgery in 2001 and was given oxycontin and a strong dose at that...I basically slept on and off for 3 days after surgery and felt little pain. I would call your dr and ask for a stonger pain med if the vicoden isn't helping the pain. I was only on the oxycontin for 5 days but it got me over all the pain from the surgery...after 5 days tylenol helped what little pain there was left over from the surgery.
