Guest guest Posted December 10, 2006 Report Share Posted December 10, 2006 This might be old news to some of you, but I bought a package of Chicken of the Sea Salmon in water cups (2.8oz per cup/80 calories/2 fat grams/o carbs/14grams protien), and I must say it was very good. I squeezed a little fresh lemon juice over mine and ate it from the cup. I was very tender and went into my pouch very easily. For those of you looking for good protien, this is a good snack or meal. I was thinking these would be good to pack in a lunch or take as a snack. Well, if anyone has any other lean protien and easy on the pouch ideas I would love to hear from you!
