Whooo HOOO - you go Rebel Grandma! Hahaa - you give me a laugh Jean. You

make everything so vivid the way you describe it! I can just see her coming

home and you flying out the door like a whoosh!

You're right - you should not deprive her of too much of the pleasures of

spending time with the children! She might get to thinking of you as a built

in babysitter, and that would not be good. Not good a' tall.

Ok... now I gotta ask you Jean, in the interest of real estate, what in the

world is a 'cold water flat'. I mean, I know what a flat is, (I think....) a

one story house, right? But what is a cold water flat? Goodness I'm glad I

never tried to sell property up there! I'd have never made it.
