Stuck on the scale

I hope you all had a Merry Christmas and I wish all of you a happy,

healthy New Year! I have made very good food choices over these

holidays....preparing everything with substitutions, low fat, sugar-

free, etc. I have not indulged in the " junk " , " snackie " foods. I have

at times had a little extra things, such as at Chritmas dinner, I had a

very small portion of several things instead of just 2 or 3 items on my

plate. I ate slow and I did not feel as if I was 'stuffed' when I left

the table. However, I seem to be stuck on the same # on the scale now

for 2 weeks. I'm thankful I haven't gained any pounds, as I know I

have been conscious of everything I put into my mouth. Perhaps I've

reached a plateau..... I am 4 months out now. (Surgery was Aug 31st).

I have also been on vacation since Dec 20.... going back Jan 8th. I

have been busy around the house, cleaning up some areas that are

neglected in the every-day shuffle and have been running around to the

malls and such. I am positive in my attitude that I will begin losing

again, however, will take any suggestions, pointers and advice anyone

has. Thanks!
