question: The doctors in NY

Hello all, could someone let me know the e-mail addresses for the two

assistants to Drs Milhorat and Bolognese. It seems that these are

two of the most highly recommended doctors with regards to ACM. I

and trying to get in touch with them again, regarding some questions

I have on testing.

I have also been recommended to Dr. Hennegar in NC, any additional

input on him or any other pertinant Doctor in the Charlotte NC area,

regarding, Pain, Neuro, Rheumotology, or Infectious Diseases, would

also be greatly appreciated.

I hope some day to stop merely drawing from the well and to begin
