Hi guys...

I just had to share this, although it is just too simplistic!

One of the symptoms that I still deal with is the tightness in neck and shoulder

area...this can bring on a few other symptoms. One of the times that I really

can be hit with this is when a low pressure front comes through. Like today!

I happened to have an appointment with my GP, an Osteopath. I was complaining

about it....the low pressure..etc... and showed him how tight the area was. He

felt this this could easily happen with a low pressure front affecting some of

the little joints in the neck...even more so with a chiarian. He suggested

taking Advil!!! Duh!!!!

I said that it didn't really " hurt " it was just stiff, etc. He said that it could

become a cycle thing, where the pressure affected the fluid in the joints...this

caused swelling...this resulted in stiffness, etc. Advil or aspirin would reduce

the swelling. I really didn't totally buy it...but I took a couple of aspirin

and it amazingly felt MUCH better. I was sort of amazed.

Now, I hardly believe that this is a cure all for all the ACM problems, but I

just thought that I would mention it... it was a pretty dramatic

improvement...and something that I thought was just to simple to even try. Live

and learn

Best wishes,

Sally R
