I understand what you are saying here. I noticed lately since I have not really

lost much and have not been focused, I am back to not wanting to take pictures

of myself, I had a pic from Christmas and I have told everyone all week that I

feel like I look like I am gaining or something even though I am not. I started

seeing that hold Shauna again. I hated the feeling. I know that it is a process

and will take time for my mind to catch up with what is really happening.
