Yay! Just found out a good thing!

Hi Everyone,

I live in a large apartment complex and there is a " clubhouse " sort of

building in the complex. I've never been to it, but I heard that it

has a fitness room. I just called up to find out what's there,

equipment-wise and there's exercise bikes, treadmills, and other stuff

too.

I've never been so excited about this before, and what's great....I

don't have to go to a public gym. This is within walking distance from

my building! I'm thrilled!

After surgery, when it's time to exercise, I have a free place to go

to! Yay!
