Wow! Terrific in so many ways. Your daughter has a

relationship that has lasted a while and it's stable

enough for them to decide to live together, they got

their act together to get the money, and she's

actually thinking ahead to do decorating and so on.

When they're acting up, we need them out of the house

ASAP, but when they're acting all grown up and

responsible (when they're ready to leave), that's when

we want them to stick around.

But you and your husband will enjoy the time alone,

too!

Here's hoping things will continue to be as good as

they are today!

Thank you to all for celebrating the good news about . I'm looking

forward to helping her get cozy and quite sentimental about clearing her room

and her out. It seems like yesterday I couldn't wait for her to leave,

now...........

Everyone have a wonderful and safe holiday weekend. We certainly will be

busy getting her packed.
