Hi Guys & Gals, Unfortunatly it is not always the insurance company

that denies surgery. Some companies that you work for may have it

excluded for their employees. So, you could have the same insurance

as a friend but work for different companies and one may have it

excluded, Still it doesn't hurt to try to appeal. Take Care,

A lot of it depends on if your employer has a written exclusion for the

surgery. I have BCBS of TN which covers it; but my employer has a

written exclusion to make the insurance cheaper on the company.

Appealing it would have done me no good.
